    “Renaissance Splendor,” which focuses on six tapestries probably commissioned in the mid-1570s by Catherine de’ Medici, queen mother of France, is sumptuous and dazzling." -Steven Litt via noncirculation

    Highlights of the coming season include mandolin phenom Avi Avital with jazz bassist Omer Avital, premieres and conversations with six composers in the Cleveland Foundation’s Creative Fusion: Composers Series, organ recitals by Paul Goussot and Emmanuel Culcasi, and a solo violin recital by Carolin Widmann.
